A horrific road accident took place between an auto and a DCM on Wednesday in Hardoi district of Uttar Pradesh. 10 people died tragically in this accident, while four others were seriously injured.
The matter is of Katra Bilhaur Highway of Bilgram police station area. It is being told that there was a massive collision between an auto and DCM in Roshanpur area of ​​Bilgram police station area, in which 10 people including six women and three children have died. Apart from this, many people have been injured, who have been admitted to the local hospital. Hardoi Superintendent of Police Neeraj Jadaun said that on Wednesday morning at 12.30 am, the police had received information that an accident took place in Bilgram police station, after which the police reached the spot. 10 people, including six women, have lost their lives in this accident, which also includes three children. Four people are undergoing treatment in the local hospital and considering their condition, have been referred to the district hospital.
Neeraj Jadaun said, according to the local people, this accident happened because of saving a bike rider. Meanwhile, there was a massive collision between a speeding DCM and an auto. Our first priority is to ensure that the injured get better treatment. Along with this, information about the accident has been given to the families of the deceased.
He further said that further action is being taken by the police in connection with the accident. Also DCM and auto have been taken into possession. Strict action will be taken after investigating the reasons for the incident. At the same time, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath expressed grief over this accident. While sharing a post on X, he wrote, the loss of life in a road accident in Hardoi district is extremely sad and heart-wrenching. My condolences are with the bereaved family. District administration officials have been instructed to conduct relief operations expeditiously and provide proper treatment to the injured.
